The Problems And the Challenges
1. Customer required the design solution including the cables, relays and control systems to be compatible with the whole sports lighting system.
2. The time is urgent.
In July 2022, due to port congestion in Canada, many ships could not enter the port, and the shipping time was extended. In addition, the Niagara T20 will be held in Sep and Oct 2022, the construction, installation and commissioning will take time as well, so the client and the project team are very anxious.
Our Solution
1. Thanks to our experienced engineers, a complete right solution designed with a clear diagram for the cables, relays and control systems satisfied and suitable for our client.
2. We aim to exceed our esteemed customers’ expectations, so to catch our customer’s schedule and solve their problems, we actively contact the domestic freight forwarders to find the best solution and contacts the local agents in Canada together with the customer to see if there is a way to speed up the transportation.
We acted quickly, unloaded at the Vancouver port and took the express train to the Toronto port, and finally arrived at the destination quickly and smoothly. In this way, customers have enough time for the construction and installation of LED sports lamps. And we also volunteered to cover the cost of expedited service.
The above two problems have been perfectly solved, and the customer is quite satisfied, saying that we solve the problems very quickly and the service is excellent.
